Cater with Carmen is a local woman and minority owned Food Catering Service, cooking all of your favorite traditional comfort foods, and Puerto Rican dishes. We take pride in using FRESH ingredients, and making real homemade food for real people.

    My culinary journey began in the heart of the kitchen, cooking alongside my mom as a young girl. Together, we crafted countless Puerto Rican dishes, each one a delicious lesson in culture and tradition. As I grew older and ventured into independent living, my passion for cooking flourished. Exploring new recipes and expanding my palate became my favorite pastime. Soon, I found myself sharing my creations with friends and family, and the joy of cooking for others ignited my love for catering.

    Born and raised in the States, I carry with me the rich heritage of Puerto Rico, passed down by my parents. Their commitment to our roots through traditions and, of course, food, has deeply influenced my culinary path. Today, my kitchen is a celebration of my roots, culture, and the vibrant flavors that define not only Puerto Rican dishes, but also rich comfort food.
